The nightkin in black rock cave have some pretty interesting dialogue. They seem to have a psychic knowledge on the events of the game, though I had to use console commands to make them non-hostile. I'm probably on my upteenth playthrough of FNV and as I was doing Helios I noticed a place marker on my compass as I was collecting the solar arrays for the boomer quest and so after I got those and redirected power of helios I went outside and to the west of it, killed a few scorpions and bam a cave.
